Yoga Nidra - The Art Of Relaxation and Stress Management

You have experienced Yoga Nidra before; it’s early in the morning and you are just waking. The night before you were in a conundrum – but now you know what to do.

For centuries, Yoga masters have refined a system for harnessing the innate wisdom that many of us only chance upon in deep rest.

This is your opportunity to experience it first hand. Yoga Nidra takes us on a journey through the five subtle bodies in Yoga. We start with a deep physical relaxation and then move into experience of the energy body, unconscious mind, higher or wisdom mind and ultimately to the body of bliss.

This is a profoundly beautiful practice, ideal for those of you who are
stressed, tired, over-worked or in need of time to be with yourself and take rest from the world.

The morning will comprise of practicing a gentle, theraputic series of postures & Yoga Asana (full psoture) practice followed by a series breathing exercises that symataniously relax and refresh the body and mind. Then we will break for tea and a light lunch followed by an hour of Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation and self enquiry
