Workshop outline

“Meditation is not arduous. It is simple. Just realize that peace and freedom have always been here as your very presence of Being.”— Richard Miller —

Come and understand the basics of something so simple, we are scared of it. Most people have a mis-perception or indeed have no idea what meditation really is. Are you interested? would you like to discover a technique and teaching so simple that it makes meditation into an effortless practice? Then this evening is for you.

Learn techniques to take you into a quieter, less turbulent mind. From there, explore the practical tools to self understanding through the technique of self enquiry. You'll discover that meditation is just being with ourselves, not creating some enforced stillness in the mind.

With this simple discovery and with the tools and techniques you'll learn in this evening, you'll be able to enjoy meditation in a new way.

"From the very first Yoga session, people discover the intimacy that nature has established between awareness and physiology. Getting back in touch with this intimacy is very reassuring and delightful, particularly for people who have given up on exercise and become virtual strangers to their bodies"
Dr. Deepak Chopra
