Yoga Flow

12 Week course beginning 11th September 2008, 8-9.30pm, with Wednesday Evenings, United Reformed Church, East Oxford. See timetable section for a map to the venue.

Course outline

We will be focusing on a more dynamic yoga practice with Vinyasa, or flow between postures and in and out of postures. We will work through a large variety of yoga poses to help build strength and stamina and encourage a smooth opening of the body. The practice will bring full awareness of how to move into, hold and unfold from each pose with grace and precision. Due to the time of year, we will also spend some time focusing on inversion postures and back bending to help boost immunity and fight off winter depression.

This type of practice is beautiful; A more dynamic, flowing class for those interested in exploring movement within stillness.

The course is aimed at those with some Yoga experience.

The 12-week course will be charged at £72 working out to be £6.00 per session. The course charges are payable in advance and bookings will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
