I just wanted to say thank you for the workshop in Iffley on Saturday. It was a beautiful experience that had a profound impact on me; in particular the end meditation in which we were asked to become aware of one sensation / feeling and then the opposite. During this I had a moment of clarity of something that I had been trying to work through for a while; it was so enlightening and blissful! I'm sure it was down to a combination of the physical and the mental workout which was far more powerful (in terms of unity) than I've experienced in yoga before; and I'm sure that this is down to your instruction.
